General Information 

Courses are conducted on both weekdays and Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, including an hour for lunch and two coffee breaks. Workshops follow the same format but usually meet during the week.  The meeting times are flexible and may be changed upon request. We recognize the special needs of our international clients. All of our courses and workshops can be tailored to international clients to reflect cultural norms.

The courses usually are taught at a hotel near O'Hare International  Airport.  Transportation is provided between the terminals and the hotel. Any of our courses or workshops may be taught at a client's facilities or other suitable locations.

The enrollment fee includes all course materials and the coffee breaks. The fee should be paid at the time of enrollment (before the class begins) . The enrollment fee will be refunded for courses with fewer than five  participants; the minimum number of participants for workshops varies.  A participant may withdraw with no penalty from any course or workshop up to 3 weeks before the start date. A 50% penalty for late withdrawals will be assessed for participants withdrawing after that point. Enrollment closes 2  weeks before the start of a course or workshop unless otherwise indicated. 

A participant who enrolls for more than 1 course or workshop will receive a $50 discount on each subsequent enrollment.  The cost of courses and workshops taught at clients' facilities  is negotiated.
